If u forgot windows 7 or 2008 local admin password & u don't have third party CD then follow below steps.
1. Boot from windows CD
2. Select repair option
3. In repair mode select command prompt
4. Go to the drive where os is installed & rename system32\utilman.exe to anything
5. Copy sydtem32\cmd.exe to system32\utilman.exe & reboot the system
6. After os start u will get easy access icon on d left side of d screen, click on that. Command prompt wil , here u can change password by typing "net user administrator newpassword"
7. Don't forgot to rename utilman as it was previous
